THE STORY
When Cedric started his consultancy in Vilnius, he saw an opportunity: while the region was rich with talent and innovation, GTM knowledge was scattered, inconsistent, or locked inside silos. Startups needed more than theory, they needed real operators who had seen scale, felt the pain of the early stage, and built systems that work in the real world.
What started as small conversations soon expanded into monthly gatherings, cross-border collaboration, and a rapidly growing group of founders and sales leaders eager to improve their craft.
Today, Conquer Sales is no longer just a meetup, it’s a movement shaping the commercial future of the Baltics.

Cedric has coached, trained, and supported more than 200 founders across Europe. As a GTM strategist, he helps early-stage startups build predictable, repeatable revenue engines through clear ICPs, sharp messaging, strong outbound systems, and structured sales processes.
He blends hands-on execution with deep strategic clarity, helping founders move from “guessing” to operating with confidence and speed.
Cedric is also the organiser behind Conquer Sales, Baltic meetups, GTM workshops, and community events designed to bring ambitious people together to learn and grow.
